Kyri Ashby, MBA, is the President of Byker Infrastructure Group and a military veteran with extensive experience overseeing large-scale logistics, facilities, and operational support functions. His background includes direct responsibility for multi-million-dollar programs involving supply coordination, resource management, infrastructure support, and operational planning. Through these roles, he developed a strong reputation for disciplined execution, accountability, and the ability to manage complex operations that require coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Kyri’s military service established the foundation for his leadership approach, emphasizing mission readiness, reliability, and structured decision-making. He later applied these principles in professional environments where he oversaw logistics and facilities operations critical to organizational performance. His experience managing budgets, coordinating personnel, and maintaining operational continuity provides a strong operational backbone for Byker Federal Services’ federal contracting efforts.

Kyri holds a Master of Business Administration and brings both strategic leadership and practical operational experience to the company. As President, he focuses on ensuring the firm delivers dependable procurement, logistics, and operational support solutions aligned with agency requirements, compliance standards, and mission objectives.

Brandon W. Baker, MBA, is a veteran, project management professional, and a co-founder of Byker Infrastructure Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on procurement, manufacturing coordination, and logistics support for federal agencies. His military background established a foundation of disciplined planning, operational accountability, and mission-driven execution that continues to guide the company’s approach to supporting government clients.

Following his military service, Brandon built a career supporting complex infrastructure and construction initiatives, including work in transmission and utility environments where he coordinated subcontractors, supported procurement efforts, tracked material delivery, and helped ensure projects met schedule, cost, and compliance requirements. He has also served in EPC-style project management roles, contributing to the execution of large, multi-stakeholder projects that required structured coordination, logistics planning, and vendor management.

In addition to his infrastructure experience, Brandon is an inventor who has designed, patented, manufactured, and brought transmisison products to market. He has coordinated manufacturing partners, managed supply chains, and overseen logistics execution from production through delivery. Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration, combining advanced business strategy knowledge with real-world operational experience.

Through Byker Infrastructure Group, Brandon applies his military discipline, project coordination background, and product development experience to help federal agencies obtain equipment, materials, and operational support reliably, efficiently, and in alignment with mission requirements.
